The return methods are:
1. In store:
You can return your order for free at any of our stores (Palma and Barcelona). It is necessary that you present the order number.
2. Our return platform:
Enter https://maricastanaonline.shipping-portal.com/rp/ indicating your shipping number (must include the #) and follow the instructions.
3. Private messaging:
Send us your return through the courier company of your choice. The cost and responsibility of the delivery of the products will be at your expense. We recommend that you use a certified shipping service.
Put it in the envelope and send it to:

The refund period will be 3 working days from the receipt and validation of the product.
MARICASTAÑA refunds are processed to the original payment method, unless you make your return in store and request a MARICASTAÑA gift card.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
The change of an item of an online order of MARICASTAÑA is not yet available.
In the meantime, you can place a new order for the desired item and simply return the original.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once the order has been prepared and delivered to the transport company, you will receive a shipping confirmation email providing you with a tracking number so that you can check the delivery status of your package. The activation of the tracking number can take a maximum of 24 hours from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email. Please wait a while to be able to track your order.
